The vigor score is a very robust and scientifically validated research term from psychology. One way to measure Vigor is using a tool called the “Profile of Mood States” (POMS) survey. The POMS has been used in more than 3,000 studies – making it the true “gold standard” for assessing vigor. In using the POMS, we can not only measure a person’s Vigor, but we can also measure their level of fatigue or energy, their degree of tension or anxiety, and their levels of mental focus and overall mood.

Simply take our two-minute vigor survey prior to trying Eleviv® and receive your baseline vigor score. Then try Eleviv for at least a week, take the vigor survey again and see how your score improves. The results are overwhelming, showing significant decreases in tension, fatigue, confusion, depression and equally significant increases in overall vigor.

The six mood states tested are:

  • Tension
  • Depression*
  • Anger
  • Vigor
  • Fatigue
  • Confusion

* Referring to the degree of a healthy mood state as assessed by the Profile of Mood States (POMS), not to depression as a clinical disease.
