Why can't I see new website features like the XanGo
Search Engine or the new Buy Now option?


If you can't see new features, the culprit is probably your browser cache. When surfing the Internet, web browsers (like Internet Explorer and Firefox) save files to your computer to make web pages load more quickly. While this is usually a good thing, sometimes a browser will load files from your computer instead of the live web page. The end result—the web page you're looking at is older than the actual page. This is why you can't see new features or updates. Luckily, there's a quick fix—clear your browser's cache. Generally, if you clear your cache and refresh a web page, new features will be downloaded from the web page to your computer and will in turn be visible on your screen. To clear your cache using Internet Explorer 6, please complete the following steps:

1. From the menu bar in Internet Explorer 6,
Click Tools > Internet Options.

2. The Internet Options window should open to the General tab. On this tab you'll see a section in the middle called Temporary Internet Files. Click the Delete Files button in the middle of this section.

3 . After clicking on Delete Files, you'll be prompted to Delete all offline content, check the box and click OK. Click OK again.

4. Your browser's cache should now be clear. Refresh the page you were viewing, and the new features and options should now be visible.
