Birthday cake with no one to regulate its consumption. Big-screen TVs with plenty of competition for your break-time attention. Executives who join the lunchtime chatter and get in on the sandwich trading… It’s all here at XanGo.

With a corporate culture that exhales excitement and employees who infuse every project with its own creative identity, XanGo boasts an anything-but-typical workplace. Sure, you’ll find cubicles here—but don’t let that get you down; after all, if your cubicle is dull and listless, you’ve got no one to blame but yourself.

XanGo Company Culture

On Fridays, if it’s not payday, then it’s Free Stuff Friday—a day when little consumable reminders of the love that our founders have for us show up in the break room… well, in a room on the break floor… well, not the break floor, one of our break floors. We’re not sure how all the math works, but roughly 30% of our building space is dedicated to relaxation, diversion and all-around mental recharging. There’s table tennis, foosball, air hockey, pinball and arcade games, as well as booths and bistro seating for eating your catered and subsidized lunches. Obviously that won’t all fit into one room.

And when the weather’s just right, we regularly step outside for a summertime XanGo barbeque extravaganza: smokin' grills stacked high with chicken, full-sided soccer matches, playground-style foursquare action, above(well, below, actually)-the-rim basketball and lots and lots o’ sunshine.

The truth is, thanks to the efforts of our XanGo Culture League, you almost have to experience it to believe it. Especially when it comes to the tremendous charitable work we’re proud to be a part of. Rebuilding villages in Thailand. Medical missions to South America. Hygiene kits. Book drives… There’s always some good happening at XanGo.
