Customer Service Agent (French Speaking)
Department: Distributor Relations
1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests. This requires a long period of time sitting in front of a computer, using phones, listening and speaking to distributors. Make distributors their number one priority.
2. Provide customers with service and product information.
3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer system.
4. Follow- up on customer inquiries if not resolved immediately resolved. Extremely critical that the agent follows up and notes the account on how they have helped the distributor or up to date information on the issue. Take empowerment of the phone call.
5. Research billing issues, misapplied payments, and track orders.
6. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of any trends in customer calls.
7. Recommend process improvements.
8. Read any updates or word tracks from supervisors. Customer representative must know how to use outlook, excel, and internet.
9. Provide on- the – job training for new employees.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in French and English. Must be computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications. Requires professional verbal and written communications skills. Basic knowledge of outlook, internet, and excel.
Customer Service Agent (Portuguese Speaking)
Department: Distributor Relations
Answer phones and respond to customer requests in Portuguese. This position also requires long periods of time sitting in front of a computer, using phones, listening and speaking to distributors (a top priority);
Provide customers with service and product information;
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer system software;
Follow-up on customer inquiries if not resolved immediately. Extremely critical to follow up and note on the account how help has been redered; take control of the phone call;

Executive Assistant
Department: New Business Development
Assists the Sr. Vice President of Business Development in scheduling appointments and meetings
Makes arrangements for travel
Responsible for a wide variety of communications to both internal and external customers
Conducts critical research related to XanGo's business, products, and opportunities
Prepares presentation material and possesses the capability to step in and make presentations on an as needed basis
Plans and coordinants a variety of events and activities
Composes and types letters and emails
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have excellent written and verbal command of English language
Experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Requires excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
Incredible ability to prioritize, multitask and follow-through to complete critical projects and tasks
An extremely high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations continually and with the utmost consideration and respect for others

Product Development Assistant
Department: Product Development
Research, collect, and organize raw material, technology, and formula information as directed by product development team. Prepare lab batches, product test samples and other lab functions as directed by product development team.
Collect and organize literature and samples from suppliers and internet research to create a database of raw materials for formulation development.
Order small sample quantities of raw materials and make lab batches for sampling requirements under scientist instruction.
Conduct various tests according to appropriate procedures.
Maintain lab equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
Responsible for organizing documentation such as SOPs, Method of Analyses, Lab Notebooks, Instrumentation Records and Result Reports.
Communicate with professional organizations and internal partners to assist with files and documentation required for various certificates and/or product documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by product development team.
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
High school or college chemistry or science courses and experience preferred.
Must be detail oriented, organized, have good problem-solving skills and able to work with a high level of confidentiality and with limited supervision.
Good math skills are required.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work well with product development team, internal, and external customers.
