Customer Service Agent (French Speaking)

Department: Distributor Relations

 

1. Answer phones and respond to customer requests. This requires a long period of time sitting in front of a computer, using phones, listening and speaking to distributors. Make distributors their number one priority.
2. Provide customers with service and product information.
3. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer system.
4. Follow- up on customer inquiries if not resolved immediately resolved. Extremely critical that the agent follows up and notes the account on how they have helped the distributor or up to date information on the issue. Take empowerment of the phone call.
5. Research billing issues, misapplied payments, and track orders.
6. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of any trends in customer calls.

Requirements:

Department: IT Support

 

Work in an agile development environment to develop and maintain applications and solutions for the company. Would share technical knowledge and experience wtih other programmers and contribute to application and system architectures. 

Requirements:

Technical Requirements
Must have expert knowledge and experience in the following areas: developing object oriented programs, data structures, client/server architectures, security, communication protocols and mark-up languages. Must have advanced skill in .NET and intermediate skill in 1 other programming language (PHP preferred). Must have advanced knowledge of Windows OS, web development (including markup-structures, CSS, security, etc.) and relational databases. Must be able to perform abstract thinking, logical thinking, troubleshooting and debugging.

Behavioral Requirements
Must be team-oriented and able to work in an agile development environment. Must be able to work in crisis situations, solve problems, work self-directed when required, have attention to detail, communicate effectively with customers and other share-holders. Must be flexible as the expected work environment may require on-call, pager support, weekend and modified work schedules.
 

Education Requirements
