Our employees take care of business. We take care of them. XanGo offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees. Coverage is effective on the 1st day of the month immediately following hire. No crazy qualifications or waiting periods.

Medical

Medical benefits include a choice of health care plans to best suit your needs. A low-deductible PPO option, or a new CDHP with Health Savings Account (HSA) option. The great news? XanGo pays $1,200 per year for family plans and $600 per year for single plans in the employee’s health savings accounts. Wow. For further insurance provider information please contact us.

Dental

We offer one great plan, with extensive coverage in and out-of-network.  

401K

4% matching on your 5% contribution. It's what they call “FREE MONEY”. Take advantage. 

Life Insurance

Basic life and basic dependent life insurance are covered by XanGo and supplemental coverage is available at fantastic group rates.

Short Term Disability

Provides 60% coverage for short term disabilities that extent beyond 14 days up to 13 weeks. Voluntary coverage paid by employee

Long Term Disability

Provides 60% coverage for long term disabilities after 90 days until you return to work or retirement age, whichever occurs first. 100% company paid benefit

Employee Assistance Plan

Provides access to qualified mental health professionals who can help you assess and resolve a variety of personal problems in strict confidence. 100% company paid benefit.

Paid Time Off

New hires have anywhere between 15 and 20 days off a year … and that’s outside of regular holidays! And that's just for starters. Long-time employees can take up to 25 paid days off… every year!

Sabbatical

This might just be the holy grail of company perks. Available to employees who have been with the company for seven years, the XanGo sabbatical is a paid 6 weeks (30 consecutive workdays) of time away from work to explore the wonders of an unfettered dream life. It’s not just a vacation; it is a time to achieve something personally significant or meaningful: write a novel, travel the world, learn a language, build a tree house… you decide.

Employee Goodness

Every other Friday the XanGo Founders provide an edible gift to show their gratitude to XanGo employees. From fresh fruits to bagel buffets, Hawaiian-style snow cones to sweet sweet nectars, this is free stuff that will perk your Friday right up.

Subsidized On-Site Lunches

First we brought some of the best caterers around into our XanGo Cafeteria to provide delicious square meals right on site. Next we subsidized the cost so that our employees could enjoy those same quality meals day-in and day-out at a price that’s easy to swallow. End of story.
