Aaron simultaneously earned an MBA and a Juris Doctorate at Brigham Young University while leading the marketing efforts for a large multi-national health and nutrition company. Prior to XanGo, he implemented hundreds of successful product launches with many reaching millions of dollars in annual sales.
Unwilling to take a conventional path, Aaron and his partners founded XanGo in 2002, watching the company dramatically skyrocket to the upper atmosphere of the direct sales industry. As CEO, Aaron led the expansion of the company's operations into nearly 30 international markets.
As a result of XanGo's remarkable success, Aaron has been featured as one of Utah's Top 40 Under Forty executives in Utah Business magazine, and, along with XanGo Board Chairman Gary Hollister, won the prestigious 2006 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In March 2008, he was named CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine.
Aaron currently sits on the CEO council for the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA) as well as the board of directors of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). He is actively involved on the board of directors for the Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce.
